St.Cwyfan's Church in the Sea

St. Cwyfan's Church at Aberffraw is set on a mound which is now a tidal island. It once was on land attached to the mainland but over time, the sea has eroded the shoreline leaving the Church on it's own island. A wall was then built around the entire island to protect it.
