Llanfaethlu Cove

This is a quiet rocky cove between Traeth Tywyn Mawr and Porth Trwyn near Llanfaethlu. To the left, across the sea, you can see Holyhead and to the right, in the distance, Skerries Lighthouse. Off the headland, you will often find a group ( flight) of cormorants sunning themselves. On the headland in a private area, you can see the hulk of a large wooden boat which always reminds me of a smaller version of Noah's Ark.
